If something is wrong with an order, we will put it right. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can.

We refund the card or wallet used to pay. Card refunds follow your bank's timelines. Wallet credits show up on your next order.

Stores and riders are paid only after an order is completed. Cancelled or rejected orders are not charged.
